Only 17 minutes from Gothenburg’s city center lies Motorhome Parking Lerum – a nature-close oasis by Lake Aspen, open all year round. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature while still having the pulse of the city within convenient reach.
There are 57 reservable electric pitches, including 13 extra spacious spots for motorhomes, 38 motorhome pitches, and 6 premium spots for caravans and motorhomes.
You also have the option to empty grey and black water tanks. Black water is emptied using our Camperclean machine for everyone’s convenience. You can also refill your fresh water here. For your comfort, we offer a simple yet functional service building equipped with toilets, showers, and a laundry room.
We have our own beach by Lake Aspen, a crystal-clear lake about 5 km long. The lake is perfect for swimming, fishing, and various water activities. At our beach, there is a jetty and a barbecue area. On the other side of the lake, steep mountains rise, and the sunset over the water is truly something special.
In our lake, 29 different fish species have been documented, making Aspen one of the most species-rich lakes in the country. Lake Aspen covers approximately 500 hectares and has a shoreline of about 15 km. The maximum depth is 29 meters. A boat ramp is available just 300 meters from the campsite. Every year, significant catches are made, primarily of perch, pike, zander, trout, and various whitefish species. The lake is well-suited for trolling, and during the summer, targeted sport fishing for zander over 7 kg is common. Occasionally, salmon are caught in Aspen as they make their way upstream to spawn in Säveån.
